You give us: name, email, phone, service and billing address; property details (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, pets, condition); access information (gate, lockbox, and alarm codes); payment information, processed and stored by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers; texts, emails, and support messages; and, if you apply to join our professional network, your application and, with your separate written consent, background check results.

Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and the ad or search term that brought you.

From third parties: advertising and analytics platforms, review platforms, and background check vendors for contractor applicants, with consent.

• To post engagements to our professional network and give the professional who claims yours the access information needed to reach the property
• To communicate with you about appointments, including automated text reminders
• To process payments and pursue unpaid balances
• To investigate service issues, damage claims, and safety incidents
• To improve our services, pricing, and website
• To advertise and measure which ads produce bookings
• To comply with tax, insurance, and legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with:

• The independent cleaning professional who claimed your engagement, limited to what they need to perform the service
• Service providers who operate our business: booking software, payment processing, text and email delivery, accounting, and cloud storage
• Advertising and analytics providers, as described in Section 4
• Insurers and legal counsel, in connection with a claim
• Law enforcement or government authorities, where required by law
• A buyer or successor, in the event of a sale of the business

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel, to understand site usage and measure ad conversions. Browser settings can block or delete cookies, though this may break the booking flow. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings, Meta Ad Preferences, or optout.aboutads.info. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where our systems detect them.

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive service-related text messages, including appointment confirmations and arrival notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for assistance. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their own marketing.

Access information is stored in access-controlled fields, disclosed only to the professional who claimed your engagement, and only on the day of service. Physical keys are stored in a locked container, tagged by code rather than address, and deleted or returned within 10 business days of account cancellation or your written request.

• Marketing contact information — until you unsubscribe or request deletion

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transmission (TLS), access controls, and vendor agreements requiring reasonable security. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to us.

You may request that we provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, delete information we no longer need, or stop sending marketing communications. Contact hello@cypressclean.cowith the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first.

Our services and website are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact hello@cypressclean.co and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced by email to active clients at least 15 days before taking effect.
