The regular clean for a home that's already in decent shape. Most customers book this every two weeks.
Every room
- Surfaces dusted, everything we can reach
- Ceiling fans and light fixtures within reach
- Light switches, door handles, and doors wiped down
- Carpets vacuumed, hard floors mopped
- Trash taken out, fresh liners in
Kitchen
- Counters cleared and sanitized
- Sink and faucet scrubbed and polished
- Fronts of the fridge, oven, and dishwasher wiped down
- Microwave cleaned out inside
- Dishes loaded into the dishwasher
Bathrooms
- Toilet cleaned and disinfected, bowl to base
- Shower and tub scrubbed free of soap scum
- Sink, counter, and faucet wiped down
- Mirrors left streak-free
- Floors cleaned, including behind the toilet
Bedrooms and living areas
- Beds made with your linens
- Nightstands, dressers, and headboards dusted
- Couches and chairs vacuumed, under the cushions too
- Glass tabletops and doors left streak-free
A few things we don't do
We'd rather tell you now and point you to someone who does it well than take the job and do it badly.
- Exterior windows, or upstairs windows we can't safely reach
- Mold, biohazard, or pest problems
- Moving furniture or appliances over 25 lbs
- Anything needing more than a two-step stool
- Carpet shampooing, pressure washing, or duct cleaning
